Support Evil Female Villains

My female villains are often even more evil than my male villains. For my Pokemon X and Y fanfic, I have created a female villainous team leader named Carabosse. She ends up being worse than Lysandre - Carabosse uses physical and psychological abuse against Calem and attempts to use it against Serena. I actually created another female evil team leader who is a friend of Carabosse who is actually WORSE - this woman refers to herself as the queen of her organization and rules it like a cult (complete with extreme violence against people and Pokemon).
